Paradise? Let you decide
We are just chilling now at one of the hotels on the coast. Some things aren't Hawaii standards but when you spend about 3 dollars for a meal per person and get enough food to hold one over for well 3 hours. Anyway we had a good time today took a boat over to an island and drove around it. More great views of the ocean and also good food. Seems most people have a lot planned out when going to resorts but I found it more fun to look forward to the new dishes we are going to eat. Malaysia has so much food it is impossiable to eat it all in 10 days.

Heading up Malaysiam Coast
Shuan and I made it to Mega Mall yesterday and the nice thing about malaysia is if you need any type of clothing brand from all over the world they have those designers. During lunch we got some Roti and some sizzling plate with noodles and meat, but I must say I find myself going back to Roti. Love this stuff can eat it all the time, but I saw the mound of butter they use to make this bread tasty and well need to refrain on eating too much. Today we are going to drive up the coast to our resort hotels. Getting all packed right now and I know if I don't hurry she is going to yell at me LOL. I think I have a bit of time, but we should be going up the coast on a scenic drive via some jungles as we head out of Malaysia. Time I feel like we can do a Destination Truth episode and head to the haunted mosk and do an investigation but the land leeches scare me a bit even though I am sure they don't hurt when they bite. Ok, time to get read and finish packing more nice pics of the resort to come.

All good things come to an end
Well we are on our way to Narita and we got a chance to see some nice places in Tokyo. Even saw a traditional wedding at a temple we visited yesterday. To my left here is the wonderful bowl of Ramen. We had two types of flavors and man was it awesome. Shuan got her hair done by a great stylist in Harajuku and her hair looks great. It is all black now she thinks it is a little too dark, but I think it looks more gothic... Shhh don't tell her .... Rock n Rolll.
Another fun place we went to was Ninja and they had some cool ways of getting you into the place to eat. We had to learn the secrets of the Ninja in order to get in and eat. Here is a photo of a neat plate that they lit on fire as part of Ninja Magic they said LOL.
Ok, well it is time we pack and get ready to head to Narita, more food photos to come

Made it to Japan
Made it to Japan and the nice thing to see once arriving is the amazing vending machines they have here. These thing sell everything from cold tea, cold coffee, to hot coffee and beer. Nice to need a tall cold one even at 9AM in the morning. Last night we hit sushi, and I think from the jet lag I forgot to take pictures but my favorite roll was the Fatty Tuna with raw quail egg. If I get a chance to have some more I will need to take a picture of this amazing delicatessen wrapped in a nice seaweed bed. Today we are heading out to visit some of the different prefectures in Japan with Harajuku and Asakasa/Harajuku. Shuan is going to get her hair cut here and from what they are saying the stylist is really good. Either that or she is coming out buzzed like me LOL.

Surfing about Tokyo
Amazing how much stuff you can come up with while looking at major cities to go visit. I been to Tokyo once but Shuan hasn't yet, and I keep finding all these cool places and foods to eat. If my calculations are right I think we will be site seeing and eating japanese food every 10.5 min. Now it is pretty easy to accomplish in Asia because the portion sizes are much smaller. Man am I looking forward to the Ramen Museum in Yokahama

Sitting at work on a Friday
Well as we all make it to the end of the work week, I noticed we have so much to do around the house to get ready. Get things cleaned up and ready for the trip, glad to have good friends watch our kids as well while we are away. I know the two Bostons are going to cause some havoc for them, but at night they are the best sleeping teddy bears one could like.
